Maple Architectural Design is an established provincial practice of Architectural Designers/Consultants with experience across a broad range of contract sizes and type. We offer a wealth of knowledge and sensitivity to the vernacular and historic styles of East Anglia, whilst providing contemporary design solutions demanded by today's commercial environment.
Design Office Manager, David King, leads this highly professional practice with over 30 years of experience in the industry and has built up a broad client base in East Anglia. The company is committed to design, quality and clarity of information presentation, as well as maintaining a competitive and commercial approach in the service to our clients.
Maple Architectural Design can provide a bespoke range of services through the design, planning, management and construction phases. We have particular experience in the negotiation with planning departments with the aim of achieving the clients design yet meeting demands of the Local and National Planning requirements. This is achieved by expertise and knowledge of planning procedures combined with skilful use of technology when presenting planning designs.
Many years of experience and up to date knowledge within the Construction Industry allows Maple Architectural Design to translate designs into buildings that are economical and efficient.
Maple Architectural Design is one of four companies under the Maple Group umbrella. The other three companies are Maple Building Services Ltd. (Traditional Building Contractors & Developers), Maple Property Agencies Ltd. (Land and Property Agency) and Maple Develpments Ltd. (Developments of Own Sites). This is quite a unique company structure, offering 'In House' services to achieve a 'One Stop Shop' for the Property Industry.
